Where is Ranpac Self Storage located?
Ranpac Self Storage has two conveniently located facilities in California. Find us at 41605 Elm Street, Murrieta, CA 92562 and 41906 Remington Ave, Temecula, CA 92590.
What are the office hours?
The office is open Monday through Saturday between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and on Sundays between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your monthly storage bill online using a credit or debit card. You can also stop by the office to pay your bill in-person.
What security features do you offer?
Each of our locations is fully secure with 24-hour video monitoring, perimeter fencing, and computer-controlled gate entry. We’ve also installed bright facility lights to ensure tenants can see during late-night visits.
When can I access my belongings?
All tenants have access to their belongings 7 days a week between 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Am I required to store long-term?
We never require tenants to store with us long-term since we offer flexible month-to-month leases. Speak with your facility manager about lease options.
Do I need a temperature-controlled unit?
You may need a temperature-controlled unit if you plan to store environmentally sensitive items such as electronics, artwork, family heirlooms, antiques, furniture, and other items that may be sensitive to intense temperatures.
How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Be sure to have an idea of all of the items you intend to store. Use an online storage calculator or call your facility to speak with a storage expert. Someone will go over the sizes and help you determine the best fit.
